U13 Brumbies continue their undefeated regular season with a 21-12 nail biter at home against Brothers. The boys were switched on from the first second of the game but came up against a tough Brothers team who put the first points on the board. For the rest of the game it was a massive battle and Brumbies had to mix it up constantly from the ruck to our set plays to get back in front and hold it there. An amazing display of back line fast play, starting with a break from Shay then followed with pop after pop in open field. got the boys back in front. Team work always wins and this weekend was no exception. Just 2 points in front with 2 minutes to go and Blayze makes a speedy break to secure the win from inside centre. That puts the boys way out in front on the ladder with 5 from 5 at the mid season break. The team met up after the game for a pizza pool party to enjoy the victory and reflect on the season so far. What a year !!
